Mr. Zargham Eshaq Khan is practicing Professional Engineer since 1992. Expertise cover planning, design, analysis, specifications, preparation of bidding/ contract documents and project management of various projects relating to power systems both at national and international levels. Specifically projects related to HV and MV power system including sub-stations, distribution systems and network planning and analysis. Current assignment covers management of power sector in Pakistan, policy conception, development and implementation for the power sector covering generation, transmission and distribution.

Mr. Abid Latif Lodhi, Chief Executive Office of CPPA and Member BOD has diversified professional experience, spanning over 27 years in power and water utilities sector both in local and international organizations. Representing management to the BOD, loan negotiations with international and local lenders, interaction with ministries, tax departments on various corporate matters.
Mr. Abid Latif Lodhi has extensive experience concerning policy, regulation, strategic corporate planning, corporate performance, pricing, finance and accounting, fund management, taxation matters, ERP implementation, developing of tariff and financial models both for annual and multiyear tariff, project implementation including development of accounting manual and internal audit manual for all power distribution companies of Pakistan.
Mr. Abid Latif Lodhi has versatile experience of working in different Government and Private Organizations at different levels like Water and Power Development Authority, NTDC, NEPRA, Power and Water Utility Company (MARAFIQ), USAID, IRG, and CPPA-G.
Ms. Ayla Majid is working as the CEO CAMCO (Pvt) Limited. Director Business Advisory Services with Khalid Majid Rehman Chartered Accountants.
In 2015 The World 'Economic Forum honored Ayla as Young Global Leader. She is also elected on the International Council of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), being the first and the only Pakistani at this global governing body. She did LLB Honors from University of London in 2008, Associate Chartered certified Accountant (ACCA UK) in 2006 and MBA from LUMS in 2000

Mr. Ghias ud Din Ahmed joined Civil Services in 1973 and served as Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner and Home Secretary Balochistan, other assignments and planning side include Director Mineral Development Balochistan, Secretary Urban Planning and Development Department Balochistan. Mr. Ghias Ud Din Ahmed also worked as principle secretary with various Chief Ministers of Balochistan.
In Federal Government he also served as Joint Secretary Establishment Division, DG National Institute of Public Administration Quetta, Addl. Secretary Minorities Affairs, Managing Director of National Book Foundation. He also serves as Secretary Youth Affairs, Secretary Planning & Development and Secretary Establishment Division and also severed as Member NEPRA Authority.
